It was a recently refurbished and reasonably priced hotel in Kapa'a. The staff there were hospitable and excellent. The services were great.

The room we had included air conditioner, a patio, and a kitchenette.

The room was brand-new, with smoke detectors and incredibly beautiful views of the beach. Its location was nice and absolutely perfect, on the beach in front. There was Destination Events Hawaii next to the hotel.

Had very nice stay on vacation. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was great. I loved the time in this property.

All excellent, everything you need for the trip. The rooms are big with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors. It has nice interior design and perfect view of the ocean. The staff ensures you have an excellent time, they are very kind and welcoming.

The value for the money was great, with a fully-equipped room and amazing ocean views. The hotel's location right on the beach was perfect, and the staff, especially Brian and Lauren, were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast items could have had more variety.

The bed in the room was very comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep during my stay. The view from the room was also great, providing a pleasant sight to wake up to. Another positive aspect was the availability of bicycles to borrow. The hotel had a cycling path nearby, making it convenient for guests to explore the area on bikes. It was a fun and enjoyable activity, and the bikes provided were of good quality.

The room was poorly soundproofed, and I could hear the water noise from the toilets in the room above me. It felt like there were waterfalls in my room, which was extremely annoying.
